The Details

On Thursday March 27, 2008, Cameron and I went to our first Dr. appointment for our baby! The pictures speak for themselves. Isn't he so cute? haha! When I first saw the baby I said "I thought it was going to look like a tadpole, but it's got legs and arms and everything." The Dr. laughed at me and told me I kinda missed the tadpole stage. So, I'm further along than they originally thought... I'm exactly 12 weeks along today. My due date is October 11th, and we couldn't be more excited! Hooray for Babies!

"I have bangs... my hair is so now."

If anyone can tell me what movie the title of this blog comes from, I will bake you brownies! :) It's not really a big line in this particular movie, but it made me laugh when I heard it the first time. So, as you can see I have bangs. They make me feel a little more girly, and I think I kinda like them... I'm not sure yet. I'm getting used to them. I aint gonna lie, I have the greatest hair dresser ever. (Thanks Indy, you ROCK!) She's opening up her own hair salon in April called Metomorphosis. It'll be downtown, so everyone should check it out once it opens!

FOR SALE

So, as you can see... our beloved 2000 Toyota Tacoma is up for sale. Please spread the word. If you know anyone who is looking for a good truck... we've got one for them. We are asking $9,400 for it. Projects and more projects

So, we got the paint on the walls for our baby's room! Hooray! It only took 5 coats! -really I needed another coat, but I was sooo done by the time the 5th coat was on- We absolutely love it. We still have some woodwork we are going to add to the walls and I'm refinishing all the furniture I have for his room (yes, it'll be a boy-i'm pretty much the only one that thinks that). It's a work in progress but I am loving it.

Check this out. My super sweet husband is building me a pantry. This is the beginning of it. It'll be a 4x4 room, 8 ft. high! I have hardly any cabinet space in my kitchen, and this solves soooo many of my storage issues for the kitchen! I married such a great guy!
