3 months and a haircut

I'm a little behind. He's been 3 months for about 2 weeks now, but I haven't had the time to post his 3 month pictures! But here they are (He was pretty mad when I tried to put the 2009 glasses on him if you couldn't tell.)
And He got his first Haircut!!! Hooray! He really needed it because he had a mullet going on (see picture below.) Here is the before picture:
And these are pictures while getting his haircut. He was SOOOO good. He just held still the whole time. He didn't really know what to think, but he was so good. And now he has a handsome buzz cut!

You'll get to see some super cute pictures of his buzz cut in future posts. Yay!!!

The Mystery of the Receding Hairline

It was a cold winter evening.... Outside the wind howled loudly at the waning moon.... the lights were down low.... and this is where the story begins.

The drive was long and treacherous but we reached our destination at last. The door swung open silently. The only sound was the now muffled wind racing past the window panes. Suddenly, screams of children locked in their rooms met our ears we took the long creeking steps down to the dungeons below.

As we sat on the old dusty furniture long abandoned, we uncovered the child... the child with the receding hairline. After what seemed like hours we soothed the child into an almost slumber.... and then, the mystery was solved!!! The condition was self inflicted!

Silly Tebbin!!!

Happy New Year

Balderdash... the classic bluffing Game.
So if you can't tell just by looking at the game, New Years Eve was a BLAST~! We got together with Mary & Isaac, Melissa & Shane, (and the kidlets Makoy & Tebbin.) The Night started with some delicious wings with real wingers sauce!!!! YUMMO! Thanks again Shane for your wonderful cooking skills. All of the other treats were divine as well... Mary is also a mean cook, and puts me to Shame! We ended up partying well into the new year - about 3 o' clock in the morning, and that's when we decided to pack it up and go home to dream of losing weight and quitting caffiene (Just a few of the resolutions for the wonderful year of 2009.) tee hee. But enough Jabber, let's get to the pictures:
Mary & Isaac- Neither wanted to smile for the Camera. *Side note: Rebecca- you and Mary are a ton alike. It's like hanging out with my favorite oldest sister. tee hee.
Makoy loving all the company and showing off his New Years beads.

Shane & Melissa- the parents of the adorable boy above, and being all loving as the New Year approaches!

The Tebbinator. Also sportin the New Years Beads.

And us! :) (I was ecstatic to find these 2009 glasses. It is the last year they can really make these glasses- due to the fact that next year, 2010, you would have a big ol 1 in your eyeball and couldn't see!)

The Happy Bunch! Ringing in the New Year!

p.s. sorry party friends for the P.D.A. displayed as the clock struck midnight... what can I say, I love my hubby! tee hee!

Christmas Part I: The Crepe King

Jerry Brent Coon- The worlds Greatest Crepe Maker!
A family Tradition for as long as I can remember. My dad would make us delicious crepes for breakfast with an assortment of delectable toppings. This year was no exception. We used a new crepe recipe, compliments of my sister Rebecca, and they turned out fabulous!

Mom tried out a new hot syrup recipe that was DIVINE!!! it's pretty much pure sugar, but oh how yummy! I was extremely surprised that We didn't finish all the crepes-probalby due to the fact that the whole family wasn't there to enjoy the delicious breakfast. Only half the siblings were here: Everett, Eli, Hanna, and me! (so sorry Rebecca, Bonnie, Alison, Sharla- Wish you coulda had some!)
Oh Such cute Twinners!!! The Best parents ever! Stay tuned for Christmas Part II.
